Orders and delivery
How long do order processing and delivery take?
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 (CET) are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your country. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on Monday. We will keep you updated by email at every stage.
What delivery methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship across Europe with trusted courier partners such as DPD. The available delivery options and exact costs for your address are always shown at checkout, before you pay. You can find more details on the Shipping methods page.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery offers are regularly available for most European countries. The exact conditions and the delivery cost for your address are always shown at checkout before payment.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is handed over for delivery, at the latest the next business day after purchase. Just click the link in the message to see the current status of your parcel.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available only in our Polish store, skinvibe.pl. In our European store you can pay by card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most European countries and selected destinations worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options available for your country. We also have a dedicated Polish store at skinvibe.pl.
How can I change the delivery address or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at contact@skinvibe.eu with your order number. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will update the details or cancel the order. Once it has been shipped, you can simply use the 30-day return option.
Returns and exchanges
How long do I have to return a product?
You have up to 30 days to return your order without giving a reason, counted from the day of delivery. That is our satisfaction guarantee: you buy, test at home and decide for yourself whether the device stays with you.
Can I unpack and test the product before returning it?
Yes. As part of our Test Without Risk program you can unpack the device and use it normally. We only ask that the device and packaging are in good condition when returned, without damage or clear signs of use.
How do I return a product step by step?
Fill in the return form, pack the device and send it to: ITRG-Zieba-Magiera-Stylinski Sp. J., ul. Christo Botewa 6B/B4, 30-798 Krakow, Poland. You do not need to print any documents for the parcel. Full instructions: Returns and complaints.
When will I get my money back?
We process refunds within a maximum of 14 days of the parcel reaching us, and usually within 1-2 business days. You will receive exactly the amount you paid, refunded to the payment method used for the order.
Can I return a product I received as a gift?
Yes. Have the order number ready (you can get it from the person who bought the gift) and fill in the return form or email us at contact@skinvibe.eu. Please note that the refund goes back to the payment method used to pay for the order.
Can I exchange a product for a different model or colour?
The quickest way is to return the product within 30 days and place a new order for the model or colour you want. This way your new device is on its way to you immediately, without waiting for parcels to cross.
Can PonyGadget be returned?
PonyGadget and other accessories that come into direct contact with hair and skin can only be returned in unopened packaging. This is a hygiene rule: once opened, a product of this kind cannot be passed on to another customer.
I bought a SkinVibe product in another store. Can I return it to you?
Returns are handled by the store where the purchase was made, according to its own policy. The 30-day Test Without Risk program applies to purchases made in our official store. Regardless of where you bought it, your device is covered by a 2-year warranty.
Complaints and warranty
What warranty do SkinVibe devices come with?
All SkinVibe devices are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, we repair the device or replace it with a new one, at no extra cost.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at contact@skinvibe.eu, describe the problem and attach your proof of purchase. We will guide you through the next steps and take care of the rest.
How long does a complaint take to process?
We process complaints within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the device. We will let you know the outcome and the next steps by email.
Does the warranty apply if I bought from a partner (e.g. Amazon)?
Yes. SkinVibe devices bought from authorised partners are covered by the same 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Keep your proof of purchase; you will need it for the claim. You can make a claim in the store where you bought the device or directly with us: we will repair the device or replace it with a new one. Any refund is handled by the store where the purchase was made.
What should I do with a used electrical device?
When you buy a new device of the same type, you can send us your old one free of charge (1:1 rule). Email contact@skinvibe.eu with your order number and we will arrange the return. Details: Waste electrical equipment (WEEE).
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay the way you like: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna, plus local methods such as iDEAL or Bancontact, depending on your country. Details: Payment methods.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Depending on your country, you can split your payment into instalments with Klarna. Simply choose Klarna at checkout to see the options available for you.
Can I buy now and pay later?
Yes. With Klarna you can pay for your order later, depending on the options available in your country. Choose Klarna at checkout and we will dispatch your order right away, so you have time to test the product before you pay.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
An electronic receipt is emailed to you after every purchase. If you need a VAT invoice, email us at contact@skinvibe.eu with your order number and company details, and we will send it to you.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount code field in the cart or at checkout and click Apply. The discount is applied immediately and you will see the updated order total before you pay.
Products and use
What is the difference between plasma technology and regular ionization?
Ionization eliminates static and frizz. Plasma technology goes a step further: it generates a billion positive and negative ions per second, protecting the hair structure, improving hydration and adding shine.
Is the ionization in a hair dryer harmful?
No. The ions produced by the dryer act on the surface of the hair: they neutralize static charges, so your hair stops frizzing and is easier to style. It is a technology that has been used in hair styling devices for years and is safe in normal use.
Which hair dryer is right for me: Aurea or Libra?
Aurea Family x Plasma is our flagship model with plasma technology, modes for the whole family (including children and pets), a touch sensor and very quiet operation (59 dB). Are SkinVibe devices suitable for men?
Yes, our devices are fully universal. Modes for different hair types and lengths mean that every member of the household will find the right settings, whatever their hairstyle.
How long does the cordless Luna straightener run on one charge?
Luna MiniWireless runs for up to 50 minutes on a single charge. You can charge the battery via USB-C or on the induction station. At just 22 cm long, it fits in your handbag and is perfect for travel.
Can I take the Luna straightener on a plane?
Yes. Luna MiniWireless was designed with travel in mind: its airplane mode locks the plates and protects the straightener from switching on accidentally in your bag or suitcase. Just remember that devices with batteries should travel in your hand luggage, not in checked baggage.
