Privacy requests (GDPR)
We respect your privacy. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Use the options below to exercise your rights regarding the personal data we hold about you.
How we process your request. When you submit a request on this page, our request handling provider, Consentmo, processes your IP address and email address solely to fulfil your request. More details can be found in the Consentmo privacy policy.
Access to personal data
Use the button below to request a report of all the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within one month.
Response time: we respond within one month. If your request is complex, we may extend this period as permitted by law (Art. 12(3) GDPR) and we will let you know.
Correction of data
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, use the button below to request a correction.
Right to be forgotten (erasure)
Use this option if you want your personal data deleted from our store. Please note that this also deletes your customer account, which you will no longer be able to access or use.
Important: we may retain some data where required by law or for our legitimate interests (for example tax and accounting, fraud prevention and security).
Manage privacy preferences
You can choose exactly which types of cookies and similar technologies you allow (for example, analytics on and marketing off). You can change these settings at any time.
Withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to optional tracking technologies in this browser at any time. Withdrawal applies from now on: we stop collecting data for optional purposes.
Right to restriction of processing and right to object
You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances (Art. 18 GDPR). You also have the right to object to processing, including for direct marketing and processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live (Art. 77 GDPR). In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
