Orders placed before 15:00 (Polish time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 2-7 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days to the USA, Canada, Mexico and the UAE, depending on the destination.

Delivery is free on orders over €100 in the EU and over $150 in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the UAE; below that amount, the shipping cost depends on your country and is shown at checkout. We ship by tracked courier (DPD in Europe).

We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna, as well as local payment methods depending on your country. The current list is shown at checkout.

You will receive a parcel tracking link at the email address given in your order as soon as your order is handed over for delivery (no later than the next business day).

You will receive a receipt by email after placing your order. If you need a VAT invoice, tick “I need a VAT invoice for this order” at checkout and enter your company's VAT number - the invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

Every product comes with a 30-day return period from the time of delivery.
