   regular price (before the discount)

§ 2. WARUNKI PROMOCJI

1. W okresie trwania Promocji Organizator oferuje rabaty na wybrane produkty dostępne w sklepie internetowym SkinVibe.pl. Wysokość rabatu dla każdego produktu jest indywidualnie określona i widoczna na stronie produktu.
2. Produkty objęte promocją są oznaczone na stronie sklepu. Przy każdym produkcie promocyjnym widoczna jest:
   
   aktualna cena promocyjna
   cena regularna (przed obniżką)
   informacja o najniższej cenie z 30 dni przed wprowadzeniem obniżki (zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami)
   
3. Rabat promocyjny nie łączy się z innymi rabatami i kodami rabatowymi, chyba że Organizator wskaże inaczej.
4. Promocja obowiązuje do wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.
5. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do modyfikacji wysokości rabatów w trakcie trwania promocji, przy zachowaniu praw nabytych klientów którzy już złożyli zamówienia.
6. Ceny produktów mogą ulec zmianie w zależności od dostępności towaru. W przypadku ograniczonej dostępności produktu, Organizator może zwiększyć jego cenę.

W ramach Promocji, przy zakupie wybranego produktu głównego, Klient może nabyć produkt dodatkowy PonyGadget w promocyjnej cenie 0,01 zł. Cena promocyjna produktu dodatkowego obowiązuje wyłącznie pod warunkiem zakupu i zatrzymania produktu głównego.

§ 3. CZAS TRWANIA PROMOCJI

Promocja obowiązuje od dnia 25 marca 2026 r. do dnia 27 marca 2026 r.

§ 4. UCZESTNICTWO W PROMOCJI

1. Z Promocji może skorzystać każdy klient dokonujący zakupów w sklepie internetowym SkinVibe.pl w okresie obowiązywania Promocji.
2. Aby skorzystać z Promocji, należy dodać do koszyka produkty objęte promocją i sfinalizować zamówienie w okresie trwania Promocji.
3. Decydujący jest moment złożenia zamówienia przez klienta.

§ 5. ZWROTY I REKLAMACJE

1. W trakcie trwania promocji obowiązują standardowe zasady zwrotów oraz reklamacji opisane w regulaminie sklepu SkinVibe.pl oraz na stronie zwroty-i-reklamacje.
2. W przypadku zwrotu produktu zakupionego w promocji, klient otrzymuje zwrot kwoty faktycznie zapłaconej za produkt.
3. W przypadku zwrotu produktu głównego zakupionego w ramach Promocji, Klient zobowiązany jest do jednoczesnego zwrotu produktu dodatkowego (PonyGadget) nabytego w promocyjnej cenie 0,01 zł.
4. Jeżeli produkt dodatkowy nie zostanie zwrócony lub zostanie zwrócony w stanie uniemożliwiającym dalszą sprzedaż (otwarty produkt higieniczny), jego wartość w cenie regularnej zostanie potrącona z kwoty zwrotu za produkt główny.
5. Reklamacje związane z Promocją należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: kontakt@skinvibe.pl. Organizator ustosunkuje się do reklamacji w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania.

§ 6. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wcześniejszego zakończenia Promocji w przypadku wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.
2. W przypadku błędów cenowych lub technicznych, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania zamówienia i zwrotu wpłaconych środków.
3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu, przy czym zmiany nie będą naruszać praw nabytych klientów. O zmianach klienci zostaną poinformowani poprzez stronę sklepu.

2. Aby skorzystać z Promocji, należy dodać do koszyka produkty objęte promocją i sfinalizować zamówienie w okresie trwania Promocji.
3. Decydujący jest moment złożenia zamówienia przez klienta.

§ 5. ZWROTY I REKLAMACJE

The Organizer of the Promotion is ITRG-ZIĘBA-MAGIERA-STYLIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Cracow at Christo Botewa 6B/B4, 30-798 Cracow, Poland, VAT ID: PL9452174051, email: contact@skinvibe.eu (EU) or contact@skinvibe.global (other countries), phone: +48 690 287 784 ("Organizer").
3. The Promotion applies in the SkinVibe online store and in all its versions for the markets served by the Organizer.

§ 2. PROMOTION CONDITIONS

1. During the Promotion period, a Customer who buys at least one SkinVibe device: the SkinVibe Aurea Family x Plasma hair dryer, SkinVibe Libra AirLoom hair dryer, SkinVibe Nova PlasmaGo hair dryer, SkinVibe Nuvia AirPlasma MultiStyler, SkinVibe Astra SteamPlasma hair straightener or SkinVibe Luna MiniWireless cordless hair straightener ("Main Product"), may purchase in the same order one PonyGadget bun and ponytail filler in any available color and size ("Additional Product") for EUR 0.01 on skinvibe.eu (on skinvibe.global: the symbolic amount shown in the cart).
2. The Additional Product is added to the cart automatically after the Main Product has been added. The color and size can be changed in the cart. The price of EUR 0.01 on skinvibe.eu (on skinvibe.global: the symbolic amount shown in the cart) is applied automatically when the cart contains the Main Product and the Additional Product.
3. The Promotion covers one Additional Product per order, regardless of the number of Main Products in the order. Further PonyGadget units in the same order are sold at the regular price.
4. The Promotion is a bundled offer. It does not constitute a reduction in the price of the Main Product or the Additional Product, and the regular prices of the products remain unchanged.
5. The Promotion can be combined with discount codes and other promotions, unless the terms of a given promotion provide otherwise.
6. The Promotion is valid while stocks of the Additional Product last.

§ 3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion is valid from 3 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 or until it is cancelled earlier by the Organizer.

§ 4. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. Any Customer making a purchase in the SkinVibe online store during the Promotion period may take part in the Promotion.
2. To take part in the Promotion, the Main Product and the Additional Product must be added to the cart and the order must be completed during the Promotion period. The moment the order is placed is decisive.

§ 5. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. During the Promotion, the standard rules for returns and complaints described in the Terms and Conditions of the SkinVibe Online Store and on the Returns & complaints page apply.
2. If the Customer withdraws from the contract with respect to the Main Product, the Additional Product purchased at the symbolic price (EUR 0.01 on skinvibe.eu; on skinvibe.global: the symbolic amount shown in the cart) stays with the Customer. The Customer does not have to send it back, and the Organizer does not deduct its value from the refund for the Main Product. This rule also applies to orders placed before it was introduced.
3. The Additional Product cannot be exchanged for another color or size. The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract under the general rules.
4. Complaints related to the Promotion should be sent to the email address: contact@skinvibe.eu (EU) or contact@skinvibe.global (other countries). The Organizer responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion early if stocks of the Additional Product run out, while preserving the rights of Customers who placed orders during the Promotion period.
2. In the event of technical errors, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms, provided that the amendments do not infringe the acquired rights of Customers. Customers will be informed of any amendments on the store website.
4. In matters not governed by these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the SkinVibe Online Store and generally applicable law apply.
5. These Terms enter into force on the day of their publication on the store website. Publication date: 3 September 2026. Amendment of § 5(2): 26 October 2026.

REGULAMIN PROMOCJI „TYDZIEŃ SKINVIBE"

SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO SKINVIBE.PL

§ 1. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

1. Niniejszy regulamin („Regulamin") określa warunki i zasady prowadzenia akcji promocyjnej pod nazwą „Tydzień SkinVibe" („Promocja").
2. Organizatorem promocji jest ITRG-ZIĘBA-MAGIERA-STYLIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA z siedzibą w Krakowie przy ul. Christo Botewa 6B/B4, 30-798 Kraków, NIP: 9452174051, kontakt@skinvibe.pl, tel. +48 690 287 784 („Organizator").
3. Promocja dotyczy wyłącznie zamówień składanych w sklepie internetowym skinvibe.pl. Promocja nie obejmuje innych kanałów sprzedaży Organizatora, w szczególności platform marketplace, TikTok Shop oraz sklepów partnerów handlowych.

§ 2. WARUNKI PROMOCJI

1. W okresie trwania Promocji Organizator oferuje obniżki cen wybranych urządzeń dostępnych w sklepie internetowym skinvibe.pl, do 25% ceny regularnej. Wysokość obniżki dla każdego produktu jest indywidualnie określona i widoczna na stronie produktu.
2. Produkty objęte Promocją są oznaczone na stronie sklepu. Przy każdym produkcie promocyjnym widoczna jest:
   
   aktualna cena promocyjna
   cena regularna (przed obniżką)
   informacja o najniższej cenie z 30 dni przed wprowadzeniem obniżki w sklepie skinvibe.pl (zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami)
   
   
3. Promocja łączy się z ofertą „PonyGadget GRATIS" na zasadach określonych w jej odrębnym regulaminie (zakładka „PonyGadget GRATIS").
4. Promocja obowiązuje do wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.

§ 3. CZAS TRWANIA PROMOCJI

Promocja obowiązuje od dnia 26 września 2026 r. (godz. 00:00) do dnia 2 października 2026 r. (godz. 23:59).

§ 4. UCZESTNICTWO W PROMOCJI

1. Z Promocji może skorzystać każdy klient dokonujący zakupów w sklepie internetowym skinvibe.pl w okresie obowiązywania Promocji.
2. Aby skorzystać z Promocji, należy dodać do koszyka produkty objęte Promocją i sfinalizować zamówienie w okresie trwania Promocji.
3. Decydujący jest moment złożenia zamówienia przez klienta.

§ 5. ZWROTY I REKLAMACJE

1. W trakcie trwania Promocji obowiązują standardowe zasady zwrotów oraz reklamacji opisane w regulaminie sklepu skinvibe.pl.
2. W przypadku zwrotu produktu zakupionego w Promocji klient otrzymuje zwrot kwoty faktycznie zapłaconej za produkt.
3. Reklamacje związane z Promocją należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: kontakt@skinvibe.pl. Organizator ustosunkuje się do reklamacji w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania.

§ 6. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wcześniejszego zakończenia Promocji w przypadku wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.
2. W przypadku błędów cenowych lub technicznych Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania zamówienia i zwrotu wpłaconych środków.
3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu, przy czym zmiany nie będą naruszać praw nabytych klientów. O zmianach klienci zostaną poinformowani poprzez stronę sklepu.
4. Do wszelkich spraw nieuregulowanych w niniejszym Regulaminie zastosowanie mają postanowienia regulaminu sklepu skinvibe.pl oraz powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa.
5. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem publikacji na stronie www.skinvibe.pl.
