Every purchase on SkinVibe store is covered by a satisfaction guarantee - you have up to 30 days to return it without giving a reason. You can unpack and test the product to see if it meets your expectations - we give this opportunity as one of the few. In case of return, we require that the device and packaging are in good condition - without damage or obvious signs of use.
For the return procedure, all you need is a properly completed form. Shipment by a carrier outside of the Convenient Returns service may cause a significant delay in the handling of the return.
If you have any doubts - contact us before shipping, we will be happy to help. It is not required to attach any paper documents.
