TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION "VACATIONS WITH SKINVIBE"

OF THE SKINVIBE.GLOBAL ONLINE STORE

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Regulations (the "Regulations") set out the terms and conditions for the conduct of a promotional action called "Holiday with SkinVibe" (the "Promotion").
  2. The promoter of the Promotion is ITRG-ZIĘBA-MAGIERA-STYLIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Cracow at Christo Botewa 6B/B4, 30-798 Cracow, VAT NO: PL9452174051, contact@skinvibe.global, tel. +48 690 287 784 ("Organizer").
  3. The Promotion is valid in the European Union and other countries where delivery from SkinVibe.global online store is available.

§ 2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

  1. During the Promotion period, the Organizer offers discounts on selected products available in the SkinVibe.global online store. The amount of discount for each product is individually determined and visible on the product page.
  2. The products covered by the promotion are marked on the store page. The following is visible next to each promotional product:

    current promotional price
    regular price (before discount)
    information about the lowest price from 30 days before the discount was introduced (in accordance with applicable regulations)

  3. The promotional discount does not combine with other discounts and discount codes, unless otherwise indicated by the Organizer.
  4. The promotion is valid until promotional products are out of stock.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the amount of discounts during the promotion, while maintaining the acquired rights of customers who have already placed orders.
  6. Product prices are subject to change depending on the availability of goods. In case of limited availability of the product, the Organizer may increase the price.

§ 3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion is valid from June 8 to August 31 , 2025.

§ 4. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. The Promotion may be used by any customer purchasing from the SkinVibe.co.uk online store during the Promotion period.
  2. To take advantage of the Promotion, you must add the products covered by the Promotion to your shopping cart and finalize your order during the Promotion period.
  3. The moment the customer places the order is decisive.

§ 5. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. During the Promotion, the standard rules for returns and complaints described in the terms and conditions of the SkinVibe.global store apply.
  2. In case of return of a product purchased in the promotion, the customer will be refunded the amount actually paid for the product.
  3. Complaints related to the Promotion should be submitted to the e-mail address: contact@skinvibe.global. The Organizer will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to early termination of the Promotion in case of exhaustion of stocks of promotional products.
  2. In case of pricing or technical errors, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order and return the paid funds.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, but the changes will not violate the customers' acquired rights. The customers will be informed about the changes through the store's website.
  4. To all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions the provisions of the SkinVibe.global store's Terms and Conditions and generally applicable laws shall apply.
  5. The Regulations come into force on the date of publication on www.skinvibe.global.

REGULAMIN PROMOCJI „BLACK FRIDAY Z SKINVIBE"

SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO SKINVIBE.PL

§ 1. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

  1. Niniejszy regulamin („Regulamin") określa warunki i zasady prowadzenia akcji promocyjnej pod nazwą „Wakacje z SkinVibe" („Promocja").
  2. Organizatorem promocji jest ITRG-ZIĘBA-MAGIERA-STYLIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA z siedzibą w Krakowie przy ul. Christo Botewa 6B/B4, 30-798 Kraków, NIP: 9452174051, kontakt@skinvibe.pl, tel. +48 690 287 784 („Organizator").
  3. Promocja obowiązuje na terenie Unii Europejskiej oraz innych krajów, w których dostępna jest dostawa ze sklepu internetowego SkinVibe.pl.

§ 2. WARUNKI PROMOCJI

  1. W okresie trwania Promocji Organizator oferuje rabaty na wybrane produkty dostępne w sklepie internetowym SkinVibe.pl. Wysokość rabatu dla każdego produktu jest indywidualnie określona i widoczna na stronie produktu.
  2. Produkty objęte promocją są oznaczone na stronie sklepu. Przy każdym produkcie promocyjnym widoczna jest:

    aktualna cena promocyjna
    cena regularna (przed obniżką)
    informacja o najniższej cenie z 30 dni przed wprowadzeniem obniżki (zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami)

  3. Rabat promocyjny nie łączy się z innymi rabatami i kodami rabatowymi, chyba że Organizator wskaże inaczej.
  4. Promocja obowiązuje do wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.
  5. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do modyfikacji wysokości rabatów w trakcie trwania promocji, przy zachowaniu praw nabytych klientów którzy już złożyli zamówienia.
  6. Ceny produktów mogą ulec zmianie w zależności od dostępności towaru. W przypadku ograniczonej dostępności produktu, Organizator może zwiększyć jego cenę.

§ 3. CZAS TRWANIA PROMOCJI

Promocja obowiązuje od dnia 13 listopada 2025 r. do dnia 31 listopada 2025 r.

§ 4. UCZESTNICTWO W PROMOCJI

  1. Z Promocji może skorzystać każdy klient dokonujący zakupów w sklepie internetowym SkinVibe.pl w okresie obowiązywania Promocji.
  2. Aby skorzystać z Promocji, należy dodać do koszyka produkty objęte promocją i sfinalizować zamówienie w okresie trwania Promocji.
  3. Decydujący jest moment złożenia zamówienia przez klienta.

§ 5. ZWROTY I REKLAMACJE

  1. W trakcie trwania promocji obowiązują standardowe zasady zwrotów oraz reklamacji opisane w regulaminie sklepu SkinVibe.pl oraz na stronie zwroty-i-reklamacje.
  2. W przypadku zwrotu produktu zakupionego w promocji, klient otrzymuje zwrot kwoty faktycznie zapłaconej za produkt.
  3. Reklamacje związane z Promocją należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: kontakt@skinvibe.pl. Organizator ustosunkuje się do reklamacji w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania.

§ 6. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

  1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wcześniejszego zakończenia Promocji w przypadku wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.
  2. W przypadku błędów cenowych lub technicznych, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania zamówienia i zwrotu wpłaconych środków.
  3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu, przy czym zmiany nie będą naruszać praw nabytych klientów. O zmianach klienci zostaną poinformowani poprzez stronę sklepu.
  4. Do wszelkich spraw nieuregulowanych w niniejszym Regulaminie zastosowanie mają postanowienia regulaminu sklepu SkinVibe.pl oraz powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa.
  5. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem publikacji na stronie www.skinvibe.pl.
